| When Durham firefighters arrived at the Seven Oaks Townhomes off Rippling Stream Rd. they were confronted with heavy smoke and flames. Fortunately neighbors in adjoining apartments managed to warn the occupants and help get them out. No one was injured in the early Sunday morning blaze but several residents lost everything to the flames. |
