| The driver of the wrecker may have lost control of the vehicle on as he came down a hill on Miami Blvd. towards Wellons Village. He was a driver for American Eagle Towing who had just picked up the SUV from an accident nearby. Durham police investigated the accident. Police said ice was not a factor. The road appeared to have been treated with sand. |
