| Durham police officers erect a 'Scene screen' around the body of a man on Park Ave. Officers were dispatched to a stabbing at 806, Park Ave. where they found a man with superficial wounds who was treated by medics. Police were then confronted by a man with a knife.......he was ordered to drop the weapon.......and when he refused, he was shot. A neighbor across the street said that he heard three shots. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. SBI agents are assisting Durham officers in their investigation. |
